Sad to report a 3 pound weight gain over the last 2 weeks. Although I normally weigh in the morning I went to an evening class so that might mean I really maintained if you know what I mean!
I will also be away for next weeks weigh in as well, but instead of going to an evening class when I come back I think I will wait the week out and go to my normal morning one - I am sure I put on weight over the course of the day  .
Well done to all you great losers out there, and well done for the ones who didn't lose this week but still came back to the group for support and to help others too. Thank goodness MSE is back! :j  :j

So excited, my swap box was at home when I got back yesterday have been trying to work out who its from based on the Edinburgh postmark!! Can't open it now till I get home from work boo hiss but thats something nice to look forward to before RC class tonight anyway........did an extra hips bums and tums last night in the hope that it would be damage limitation after far too much gin at the weekend....

MSE is back and so am I (again!). This time I have actually joined slimming world and I am starting as I mean to go on. I have lost 4.5 lb in two weeks and thats okay, but when I joined - all that weight I had lost before had gone back on and more so i was heavier than I've ever been!
Never mind. Well done to everyone who is good and sticks to things. I am a bit like a run down car, I break down every so often and have to jump start to get back on track. Sorry Lois to mess you about with the chart. But I'm here for the ride, however bumpy!
Take care all and happy slimming! Can I do the November challenge please - it might help me to keep on track.
bbxIf you don't have something nice to say don't bother saying anything at all.0 -
I can't believe the restraint you've all shown in not opening your boxes yet!
Shall I be the first to start . . . . . ? As my weight loss record shows, I have absolutely no restraint at all.
My box arrived at 0730 this morning - hows that for timing!
rustle, rip . . .
ooooh! pretty blue tissue paper and silver ribbon . . . and a purple card!
more rustling and ripping . . . .
SQUEAL!!!!
A Sheepy mug!! It's a nice big one with lots of cute little white sheep on it and one little black one. And a little black sheep with magnetic feets so it has immediately taken up residence on my fridge. A bottle of bath milk and some speciality teas to put in my mug.
CAREFULLY opening the nice purple envelope . . .
LOVELY purple hand made card from BAILS!!!! Has pretty balloons on it that i can use as weight loss reward stickers too.
Thank you Bails! I'm so very chuffed with my box! In fact I was late for work as I insisted on trying one of the teas in my mug before I left. Feeling all virtuous and healthy now.0 -
hi bargain babe -welcome back and well done for losing again. I have put you down for the November challenge on the chart as Dellybelly and I have taken over the chart from Lois Lane.0

Well, I too decided not to wait for later t open my box. Thanks Katiepoppycat - I feel priviledged to have got a box form the organiser!
Great contents - a lovely box of Betty tea Room tea, a Sheep Jelly Bean dispenser (where the bean come out the back end hehe!!!), some chocolate scented candles (very cute) and a game which I certainly haven't mastered yet but will try!
Thanks a lot - great fun.0 -
Well, I've decided I've shown enough restraint and opened my swap box too with my DS's help.
The paper was tough to open - Lois, did you not trust me to wait? I had to get scissors to cut through all the sellotape.....
Oh, a lovely pink box with a silver bow and a card . - Girlie pampering, oh lovely!
Slipper socks, sugar free fruitella, a candle and treats for the bath - fantastic, thanks Lois.
BTW, Joel loves the shredded paper inside. He thinks he's it's "nice" and is throwing it all over my living room!
Thanks, Lois and KPC that's was good fun!Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0 -
well I was up an hour earlier than usual thanks to weight loss induced back pain:rolleyes: . A round of pressups as directed by physio rewarded by swapbox
.
Thanks Serendisclair: a tumble of little parcels to open. A set of stickers to reward myself with everytime I lose a lb; 3 little liza simpson notebooks - one ,to write in positive thoughts to see you through blue days, one for tips I pick up, and one to be organised . Then a pink fuffy pen to write in them with (with the lable 'what every girls needs' -OH thought that long thin parcel looked a bit small:D ). A mini colour by numbers set to 'keep munching hands busy'. Finally a 3D smiley face that is solar charged and sits nodding at you if in the sun. All pink and girly and much fun, so thank you very much
. Thank you kpc tooo.
bbI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Woo hoo, I'm off to open mine then!:j.....
Oops, just cut my finger with the scissors in the excitement, lol!
Okay, a lovely letter on dolphin paper from Dellybelly and... oh excellent, some scented wooden balls, ooh, a purple scarf and gloves that are the softest things I have ever felt, perfect for keeping me snug, a citrus splash bath bomb (I love these!), a house full of Emerald chocolate caramels and lots of angel confetti!:D :T
Edit: ooh, ooh I almost missed it - there's an ickle white feather too... yae!
How wonderful, thankyou so much Delly! I take it all back KPC - I wrote in my card that I was so excited about my pressie for her that I didn't care about the one I was receving but I LOVED IT!! Let's do it again :TThe 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000
