It's unnatural to not fall by the wayside. I honestly believe that the biggest problem people have in improving their weight is that they are too strict and can't keep up the ridiculous expactations then set themselves, so they give it up as a bad job. Ergo, if you don't fall by the wayside for a few days every couple of months, you fall by the wayside permanently and then find you are to fat to right yourself. :D

    Yeah! We're back

I was wondering what would happen if it was still down when you were all due to open your boxes.

Unfortunately I was too late joining this thread to join in but have loved reading about all the fun you have been having buying for each other.

Please can I join next time?
  • Ok... Thanks for all the suggestions!

I used to go to a WW group, but it ended up being very... I dunno... Guilt driven. I know it works for some people, but I didn't like the fact that I was made to feel bad over daring to gain a couple of pounds on holiday, or not losing that week. It was probably just something to do with the woman who ran the sessions, but hey... So I've found a local RC class, which I start tomorrow... Just need to get through the initial weigh in now *hides from the scales*

And the areobics is deadly! Geeees..... I'd forgotten I even HAVE some of those muscles!

Hope everyone else is having good weeks :)

  • Woohoo we're back. Well done and many thanks to Martin and his team.
    :T :T :T
Hope you are all doing ok. It's been weird not being able to check in with you all: seems a lot longer than 3 days. Haven't compensated by overeating though :D .

Good luck Pix, the first 2 weeks are hard but worth it in my opinion, I also did all the measurements they suggest and have so far lost a total of 13 inches in 13 weeks! If you want any moral support or suggestions from a fellow RC member feel free to PM me.

It certainly feels like 3 weeks not 3 days!

Pleased to report in with a 3lb loss this week (and a day earlier too). Moved my weigh in to Mondays as I weigh myself anyway on a Monday (as a preview of course!) so thought I shoudl just do Monday from now on. We'll see how that works.

Hope you have all been ok without LW16...

Ooh and almost forgot - I now have a BMI of 25 (well 25.03 actually but who needs to be that precise). Woohoo!

  • Well done efrieze: that's a great loss :T .
    Edit addition:
BMI of 25: That is fantastic. What an achievement. That deserves a super smilie but I can't access them at the mo!
