    Morning all.

    Thanks Chris for the chart.
Glad stoke has had a good time!

I've had a week with zero booze and must say I agree you do feel better for it.
Thanks, it was fun, but not something I want to do very often (The stag do I mean).

Zero booze, zero junk food, your body really starts to feel like a temple :D That said, there is a balancing act between taking care of yourself, and basically having no life.

Plenty of water and fresh fruits supposedly enhance those 'temple-like' feelings. Have you tried water infused with fruit? A fellow Slimming Worlder at work does this everyday and they rave about it.

The one I keep getting told to introduce into my diet is nuts and seeds, but I'm not clued up on them really. I will eventually look into it.

Not such a bad idea this healthy eating lark after all ;) Onwards and upwards slimmers :)

Agree with you. I wore a dress to the wedding, not worn one for years and felt pretty pleased that I had the confidence to do that. However, I felt so, so smug when I saw some of the cousins who have gained so much weight, was thinking "I'm not going back there again"! But the morale boost was huge.

Stoke that's what I've been told as well to boost my immune system.
    Almonds, seeds etc.
Bought some mixed bags from Home Bargains.
Did open a big bag intending to weigh a portion but they were gone before I got round to weighing them!

Lesson learned, small bags of mixed fruit, nuts and seeds 35p from now on, but over 200 calories.
