Agree with you. I wore a dress to the wedding, not worn one for years and felt pretty pleased that I had the confidence to do that. However, I felt so, so smug when I saw some of the cousins who have gained so much weight, was thinking "I'm not going back there again"! But the morale boost was huge.

    That's brilliant. Congratulations.

Neither am I. When people say seeds, I think of sunflowers seeds, and let's be honest, they're not the most appetising looking things.

Plenty of water and fresh fruits supposedly enhance those 'temple-like' feelings. Have you tried water infused with fruit? A fellow Slimming Worlder at work does this everyday and they rave about it.

The one I keep getting told to introduce into my diet is nuts and seeds, but I'm not clued up on them really. I will eventually look into it.

The last wedding I went to had fruit infused water as an alternative to alcoholic drinks. I tried it (one with lemon and lime) and it was very nice. You can buy special water bottles to make them.

The only problem with nuts/seeds is that you have to either syn them or use as a HEB I think. I know I'd find it hard to have no bread and my syns are too precious!

Fantastic nsv GTQ. Delighted for you!:T

I feel much the same as you about junk food Stoke. I ate a load of pizza the other week and didn't enjoy it at all. How long before you have to go to WI?

We're off to Turkey next week and cherries are beautiful there and incredibly cheap. I'm looking forward to that. It'll help to offset the bread and booze.;)

    100% back on plan today.

    Good Evening :hello:

Had a lovely day not lasting me 6 hours from leaving house to getting home.

Got mums 2 hours 10 mins before appointment time

Transport turned up 45 mins before appointment

Off we go had to pick another wheelchair patient up on our travels so had a tour town centre she was going doctors with her friend

Gets to hospital and got seen nearly 40 mins late

Goes into room and 3 mins later had done.

Told mum she had had a bad break but it was healing nicely and could take 6-12months before she back to how she was before break .

Gets back to home and bro rings before I chance do anything so he having a moan about if home had said anything about mum staying there ,money ,going home etc. I said no. So he said well I suppose its down to us 2 then Which 2 he not rang her or seen her :mad::mad:

Soon got rid of him after that.

Went into office in home and told what had happened at hospital and ask what happens next .

Got told mum needs to be walking better without 4 helpers they aiming for 1 and it will be awhile yet. So she staying there

No money mentioned and I didn't mention it .

    So will see what happens.

Sorry if you ask about mum and I don't reply but somedays I feel down and that no one cares but me . I don't mean you lot here I mean bro and home
