Welcome back, well i had a very unjustified 3lb gain last week, so much for getting extra off for my holiday:(
    (

Oh dear! So you obviously got back into target range. Will you fit in another WI before you go away?

Sorry to hear your mum is giving you a hard time tweets . :A

Hope you feel better after a rest tie . If you don't, you shouldn't go to school tomorrow. :)

Fingers crossed you'll lose that 3lbs and go away happy! I think there will be lots of us trying to lose holiday gains next month! :rotfl:

Like MrsR was saying: it's best to just enjoy our holidays and then sort it out when we get back. SW has to fit in with us not the other way round! :D

Totally agree Maman. Glad you enjoyed your weekend away.

We’ve been away nearly a week now, it just doesn’t seem possible!

Dinners have all been on plan, it’s just everything else that isn’t:rotfl:.

Will be a definite gain for me next time but with only a couple of weeks to shift it before the next holiday so won’t be holding my breath that I’ll get back into target in time.

Have spent the last few days being lazy and just sitting in the sun but today have been for 2 long walks - feet are killing me now. Will be glad to get into the shower to soak them tonight.

  • Evening all

Well yesterday showed a +1.5 lb which just goes to show that , for me at least, I need to exercise (yes you are right SSM I do need to see a doctor about it and promise to make an appt soon)

I did cycle to class yesterday but got a puncture on the way back (my white knight in his trusty truck came to my rescue so did about 7.5 miles in total.

Haven't eaten much today and have had lots of water (unusually for me) but had a cooked chicken breast with couscous and salad tonight so back on it.

Hope everyone is well ....this must be the fastest moving thread in the mse forums
