    Thanks bubbs.
I've got an e coli infection at the moment, wondering if it's all the lettuce I've been eating.
Decided to wash even bagged lettuce, only guessing, but I've read that the bacteria can survive 28 days on a lettuce......

I hate taking tablets but these even more as I've had to pay for 2 prescriptions. My GP only recommended 3 days tablets but hospital said 7 so I had to pay again.

    hello all.

I haven't caught up on posts so sorry if I've missed anyone or anything.:)

Back from a weekend away. It was great: back in my home city, by the sea and in the sunshine. :D

Thursday evening I went seriously off plan with Chinese/Thai meal. Mainly it was too many spring rolls plus wine syns. I've been a bit better since but DH did raise his eyebrows seeing me eating bread with my meal last night.

Although I'm not going to go to WI again until after my holiday, I don't intend to go mad beforehand just because I can;). Today I've had a cooked breakfast (seafront caf!) which was SW friendly except for 2 hash browns and a small piece of white toast. I'm not sure what DH fancies for dinner. It'll definitely be SW friendly: either something from freezer or a mini roast of some sort. I'll also be having wine syns as it's still the weekend but then back on the wagon for a few days.:)

Awww:eek: i will be honest i never wash the bagged stuff and eat nearly a packet a day with lunch and tea:eek:
I know expensive prescriptions, i am lucky in a way that i dont have to pay now, well for time being anyway, but i had a prepayment before that.
Hubby has just got a prepayment as works out cheaper even if you just have one prescription a month, he has never took any tablets , now needs must:o
