Something I always have to cut back on.....I got upset talking to sa in T, she was telling me about her son, hospitalised with anorexia.
It was so sad and made me realise how dieting can get out of control.
Although I'm a long way from that stage. :eek:

So so sad.
It was, she was a saturday girl and wanted to lose about a stone, but she said after she had recovered , took a long long time, that everyone said it was hard to lose weight but she found it easy , so then it went the wrong way:(:(
She used to pick at a breadcrumb like it was a loaf:eek:

Afternoon everyone :wave:
0.5 off this morning
Im happy with that, been off work and so has hubby, so days out and a couple of glasses of wine (cough cough) in the evening.
We even went to a food fest yesterday, I was good there, lots of burgers and chips around, I went to the fish mongers stall and got a tub of cray fish for my lunch
Spent the last few hours batch cooking for dinners and teas next week
Hope everyone is having a good weekend I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

MINUS 2 lbs for me this week. Yay!
Hopefully this will give me the motivation to stick to it this week and stay away from the chocolate!
