Evening
I am sorry to ask if I can drop out of the challenge please? I have lowered my target as I just have too much on at the moment and I am struggling to lose. I need to be concentrating on my dissertation and my new job and just trying to be kind to myself as I am very hard on myself when I do not do wellI am 2lbs from target but I have had a not so great week
I go on hols Monday and I weigh before I go... if I do not get target this week then I will be even further away by the time I am back
Once my dissertation is in I will lower my target again.
SP day today. I tried my size 16 jeans on earlier thinking the result would be disastrous but it was not as bad as I had expected!

I got upset talking to sa in T, she was telling me about her son, hospitalised with anorexia.
It was so sad and made me realise how dieting can get out of control.
Although I'm a long way from that stage. :eek:curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -
