Well back from the seaside, we were very lucky, bit misty but no rain.

Started off well, missed breakfast but had a ham and lettuce sandwich which I had brought from home (hexb) wotsits 4.5s apple.
Then the kids wanted ice cream, I am not a huge fan of ice cream...so had 1 small ring doughnut, oh it was heavenly I think they are 15 syns, the kids had a bite each so maybe 12 syns.
Then when we got in could not be bothered to cook so had a cheese sandwich (with white bread and spread!) couple of crackers and a mini pork pie!!

:T well done on your loss milann.

I went to group this morning and the good news is that I'm still in target range!:j

I did gain a pound but having had time to think that's not bad going. It's a pound over 4 weeks that included being away for a wedding weekend and another with the Eurovision party with all the wine and nibbles.

I stayed to group for a change and it was quite useful. Two women were there that I remember from years ago. They've been yo-yoing and still at it. I do give them credit for returning but it made me feel good that I'd stuck with it. The discussion around Image Therapy was about picnic food, everyone was asked for something they'd pack in a picnic basket. Usual old favourites like quiche, salads, cold meats etc. but it got me thinking that they're also the foods ideal for keeping in the fridge for grazing.

My plan is to keep being as good as I can until I go away a week on Tuesday. I just didn't want to leave WI until next week as I'm out tonight and away over Saturday night. I'm not going to try to stay within syn bank this week just do my best.

So far today has been fine: HEX Weetabix breakfast and a JP with veggie chilli for lunch. Tonight I'm out for a Thai/Chinese meal. If it's a la carte then I'll choose wisely but it may be banquet/buffet style when I know the spring rolls will call to me.:o

Those spring rolls shout at me to eat them.... good luck in resisting them x

OMG - WHAT, HOW, WHY, WHEN.

You must be saving up a loss...or doing a SSM - and putting weight on for no reason!
