Good Morning :hello:
Well done to the losses0 -
1 1/2 off here
im in shock 3 losses in a row - unheard ofJanuary spends - £587.580 -
Oh God, life has overtaken me and I don't know when I am going to catch up.
Supposed to weigh this evening, but friends birthday meal has been brought forward from 20:00 to 18:00. Not a hope in hell of getting to first session at 17:30 then drive 45 mins, so have to skip. Oh well, going home tomorrow for a wedding, so can blame the increase which is bound to happen on the pre, wedding and post celebrations!
Well done to those who have lost, you're an inspiration. Much easier to keep to plan now we are back into summer (ok, I use the word figuratively!).A smile costs little but creates much0 -
:T well done on your loss milann.
I went to group this morning and the good news is that I'm still in target range!:j
I did gain a pound but having had time to think that's not bad going. It's a pound over 4 weeks that included being away for a wedding weekend and another with the Eurovision party with all the wine and nibbles.
I stayed to group for a change and it was quite useful. Two women were there that I remember from years ago. They've been yo-yoing and still at it. I do give them credit for returning but it made me feel good that I'd stuck with it. The discussion around Image Therapy was about picnic food, everyone was asked for something they'd pack in a picnic basket. Usual old favourites like quiche, salads, cold meats etc. but it got me thinking that they're also the foods ideal for keeping in the fridge for grazing.
My plan is to keep being as good as I can until I go away a week on Tuesday. I just didn't want to leave WI until next week as I'm out tonight and away over Saturday night. I'm not going to try to stay within syn bank this week just do my best.
So far today has been fine: HEX Weetabix breakfast and a JP with veggie chilli for lunch. Tonight I'm out for a Thai/Chinese meal. If it's a la carte then I'll choose wisely but it may be banquet/buffet style when I know the spring rolls will call to me.:o0 -
Hello, back from holiday with a +2lb I knew I would but i'm definately getting back on track as from now.0
