and then we get to round 6 of the wedding.... the England do. I told them that I had bought 120 bottles of wine (thanks to Elite) therefore we are having a BBQ!

For some strange reason it is not quoting.

I have been wobbling all week with SW.

Today I have been on plan.

Breakfast
Fruit (apple, tangerine and grapefruit) with 35 g of bran flakes and Muller

Day grazing...

Carrots

Tea

large bag of salad, two tins of mackerel in teppanyaki sauce
banana and blue berries, with 35 g of bran flakes, muller and a dollop of Quark

Treat

The light hot chocolate... doh brain shrank.

OH has gone to bed as he is not feeling well... I think I maybe getting it! :o:o:o

So 2 hexb today so will have to syn one lot and its 45g for hexb or 7 1/2 syns
