The rice boxes are a great choice from KFC. That's what I have if DH wants KFC.

Mullers aren't the only Free yoghurts!!! I much prefer natural greek style yoghurt and have it with chopped fresh fruit. But don't have very often as I prefer quark to yoghurt.

Rita I was going to suggest Ebay as well. Might also be worth looking in your local charity shops.

    Hi all
I need to loose weight on a budget. I've been to SW several times, the first time I got to target. I really can't afford to pay £5 per week so if it's not too late can I set a target of 8 pounds for the remaining 4 weeks please? Looking for any simple, budget meal ideas.
    Thanks LP x

Morning - and what a lovely morning it is.

Stoke - so glad you enjoyed the stag do but I know what you mean about eating junk food......I couldn't go back to the way I ate before as only a couple of days of not eating the SW way makes me feel sluggish and bloated....having said that I had an aldi curry last night with chips & rice but don't I know it today!

However the big news of the day is that I got into a pair of size 16 shorts....admittedly they're a little snug but I can do the zip & button up with breathing in so I'm taking that as a result. (I have spent the last few days scouring for a size 18 as I'm not convinced about the 16 but I've decided to take it and run like the wind!)

We're off for a few days in the US today but I've got my cycling kit as we plan on spending a day cycling in the local area....could not have imagined doing that before I joined SW.
