    I also missed the programme about carbs, oh well.

    I also forgot to put my weigh-in. -1 pound. No idea how. I'm blaming it on a mostly liquid diet.

    I have changed my SW group to a Thursday from a Saturday.

    So I wasnt expecting much this morning BUTTTT

    3lb off - Club 10 award and 1 and a half stone award :D:D:D
    I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Weight loss 3 stone :D

    Well done sunflower, brilliant loss especially on a 5 day week. Just think how much it could have been for the full week.

    Gulp! Weigh in later, hoping the excesses don't exceed 2lb :(

    However, I have noticed since I came back, that due to the decent weather, it is much easier to stick to plan, so hopefully, that will be a positive impact for next week.

    Well done Sunflower, that is an outstanding loss for a short week.

    Yes more or less, i have work till 11 tomorrow, be home about 11.30, shower , change and get last bits then we will leave between 1-2

    Good stuff, majorica and bubbs and Sunflower and SIRENS (superb).

    Loving this weather! It cries out for ice cream. I made strawberry ice cream on Tuesday, following the machine’s recipe – it was enough for 3 x litre boxes! DD and DDiL each took a box away. I want to make some more but we have plenty. I feel cheesecake froyo calling to me!
