    Evening everyone.

Some fab losses this week - well done all! Sorry not to mention you all individually but if I don't get on here daily I can't keep up (because you all chatter so much, too!)

Re the junk food discussion - I do think that after eating in a healthier way for a while, your tastes certainly change. That doesn't mean you can't enjoy the occasional junky meal, or a few drinks but I find I make healthier choices the vast majority of the time because I enjoy it and don't feel at all deprived.....of course, this does not apply to chocolate which I have to actively avoid!

I have a confession - I don't like ice cream much, never have! I'm aware this makes me very strange. I have a tub in the freezer that probably needs to be thrown out it's been there so long. The empty tubs are handy, though.

The last of my too big clothes have now gone to the charity shop, and I've managed to alter some favourites to fit a bit better. I'm staying in target range eating pretty much as I did when I was losing, with an extra HEB and a bit more of a relaxed approach to eating out. I'm still weighing weekly on Fridays so I can keep an eye on it.

    Bubbs have a great holiday!

Got some lovely cherries in Aldi 79p :D

Just found out that a local fruit & veg wholesaler has a customer shop and gives a good discount to SW members :T

    Have a great holiday Bubbs

    Holiday Dance
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Weight loss 3 stone :D
  • Oh well, worse than I hoped + 3LB

But, thinking about it last night, it was over 2 weeks, which included bank holiday & wedding and the realisation that I was constipated (not that I really needed to share that:D. Today is the start of a new week and a new attitude, especially as it took me 1/2lb into the stone range I never want to go back to.

    Breakfast - weetabix
    Lunch - Chicken salad
Dinner - SW burger & chips, salad.

Fruit & yogurt as sweet needs.
A smile costs little but creates much :)

So, it's a works leaving do, and I'm going out for a curry tonight. I'll avoid the bread, if I can, but what's a safe curry to have.....? or is it just a write off?

One pound ON this week. We were away for a few days so this is the consequence. :rotfl:

Well done to all the losers. :T:T

If you look at syns online (search Indian restaurants) there are quite a few listed. Pasanda seems horrifically high but madras and vindaloo aren't too bad (12-15). I think I'd have something like that and stick to plain rice and no naans or sides. I'd rather keep syns for booze!

I stayed on plan yesterday and I'll do my best today but it's getting harder as I get closer to my holiday (Tuesday). The fridge is almost empty so it's a case of either stuff from the freezer or a small shop but it has to be meals that don't create leftovers!

I won't post a menu as I haven't worked out what do for dinner yet.:o

Thanks for your advice. Madras is my favourite, so that's easy. I will avoid bread, but i'm not keen on rice either. Wonder if there are any other sides I can safely have. Chips are a neddy no-no too I guess. I might just have to bite the bullet, pile a few syns on and not drink so much this weekend. ;) Like you, I keep almost all of my syns for booze and booze alone. I get enough pleasure out of free foods to waste them on syn'd stuff.

    What about biryani?
At least you can control the amount of sauce.

Or chicken tikka with loads salad?

Have a good time whatever you choose.
