No, no, no Ssm, I already have an OH !!!8211; one is enough! How do you do the ML ice cream?
The cheesecake froyo recipe is in my machine!!!8217;s recipe book !!!8211;
225g cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ lime
900g Greek yogurt
400ml sweetened condensed milk
Whole grain butter cookies
Mix cream cheese, yogurt and condensed milk until creamy. Squeeze the lime. Add the lime juice and vanilla extract.
Put the mixture in the ice cream maker and freeze for at least 25 minutes. Crumble the butter cookies and sprinkle on the ice cream before serving.
I know it is ultra synful, but I!!!8217;m thinking low fat/0% fat/light versions of the cheese, yogurt and condensed milk. It!!!8217;d still be sinful but !!!8230;..
Here you go TM

Hello lovely slimmers! Can I join please, with a target of 3lbs until the end of this challenge.
I've been ill for several months (the Big C, involving operations and various treatments). I'm just starting to come through the other side, with the final (I hope) treatment almost done. It's been a real wake up call and I now want to take my life in hand and lose the extra 5-6 stone I'm carrying around!2022. 2% MF challenge. £730/30000 -

Welcome sky. That's a very positive attitude. Well done you! I'm sure chris will put you down for the challenge when she next posts. Have you done SW before?:)p00hsticks wrote: »home made burgers, jacket sweet potato and some sort of speed (courgettes ? mushrooms ? red peppers ? salad ? )
Hopefully you'll get out of that stone bracket PDQ!:D
I've taken to making vegetable medleys lately (copied the idea from restaurants). Sometimes I'll cook green stuff (broccoli, mange tout, asparagus, peas etc) together. With the things you mention I'd make a small stir fry. I just add some 5 spice and a shake of soy sauce at the end. I always do a heap of fried onions with burgers too. I always soften the chopped onion first in the microwave with a splash of water, it really speeds up the frying.
I'm pleased to say that I'm feeling quite slim today. I wore a skirt that I had on last Tuesday and it was considerably looser. I'm pleased with that going into my holiday.
I did a very small shop today. It's mostly things to take away and a few bits to tide us over until Tuesday. Tomorrow we're going to a party. There will be a buffet, possibly BBQ so hopefully some SW friendly stuff. We're having a roast tonight. I love my roasts and we won't have another for a few weeks so I'll enjoy this one.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, half HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: Pret salad Nicoiselamb steak, SW roast potatoes, swede & carrot mash, red cabbage, green beans, broad beans
Syns: HM gravy 4, parmesan 1, wine syns!:j I probably had a few more syns for a drizzle of vinaigrette on my salad.0 -

Thanks, Ssm, re ML ice cream. I’m a bit thick, how much do you put in?
Thanks for the smart punctuation info. It happens when I copy and paste but I usually avoid it when I remember to post via ‘advanced’ option. I couldn’t find it in settings, even using ‘search’, apart from for I pads/phones.
Welcome, Sky. It’s very educational in here, not just SW related!Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

I've never known the thread so quiet! Hopefully everyone's busy enjoying the weekend.:)
I won't post my menu today as undecided because of going to a party this afternoon. I've had a SW friendly breakfast (porage) and I'm going to try and make sensible choices. Just hoping there are sensible things to choose from.:rotfl:0 -

I am lurking hoping my scales are kind to me later
Back in work tomorrow after 2 weeks off
Enjoy your party _party_:dance:0 -
Thank you for all the welcomes.
I have done SW before at a group. I lost some weight, but life got busy and I put other things (mainly work) first and stopped going. I might join a group again in a few weeks, once I'm well enough to go. My health and family come first now, above everything else.
I can't eat eggs and have to avoid processed meats so SW fry ups are out, but I've stocked up on veg, berries, yogurt and fish and will base my meals around protein and veg, with a sensible amount of 'free' carbs. I hope that makes sense, but do let me know if I'm way off track.2022. 2% MF challenge. £730/30000
