I can report -1.5lb this week.

Disappointed that it's not as good as expected but I've lost last week's gain.
Compared to this time last year I'm a full stone lighter so decided that I'm happy with that.

If I hadn't joined your lovely thread I'm sure I could easily have been heavier still. So thanks to everyone who posts. X

    Afternoon All
Hope you are all enjoying your weekend.

Have not been so well behaved this week, not off plan but have been using all my syns, feeling a bit urgh.
B was naughty today 2 large slices of cheese on toast, it was yummy but was stuffed. Just goes to show at the beginning of the year I could have eaten double that without feeling over full.
D will be pon chicken kebab and spicy rice and salad, All syns free may have a small pitta bread with it will see.

SIRENS that's what your syns are for. They are an integral part of the plan. I've been at target for a few years now and have always used my full 105 syns a week. Daily didn't really work for me so have always used them weekly as do several others on here.

    Thank joedenise

I do start daily but never use them all so by Sunday I usually have a fair bit left, but this week I seem to have gone a little crazy, not sure why? I know i am still within plan but it feels strange to use all of them.

Is it really only 4 weeks til the long summer holiday? Where has this year gone!

We only have a couple of weeks at home before going off for another 2 weeks holiday in the UK then back to France after that, but we'll probavly do Belgium and Germany for that holiday.
