Good morning
Hope everyone is well
Congratulations to all that have lost and those that haven't had the result that they wanted it's not the end of the world, sometimes we just need to take a step back and put things in to perspective.
Thanks bubbs for reporting in for me and wishing you a safe flight today x
I have no idea what my meal plans are today but will sort it out in a bit, I find weekdays are a lot easier to eat well but at the weekends that's where I seem to slip especially as I bake cakes at the weekend for the children's pack ups and it's far too tempting

Welcome to the revolution, Sunflower. Ice cream rules!
No, no, no Ssm, I already have an OH !!!8211; one is enough! How do you do the ML ice cream?
The cheesecake froyo recipe is in my machine!!!8217;s recipe book !!!8211;
225g cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ lime
900g Greek yogurt
400ml sweetened condensed milk
Whole grain butter cookies
Mix cream cheese, yogurt and condensed milk until creamy. Squeeze the lime. Add the lime juice and vanilla extract.
Put the mixture in the ice cream maker and freeze for at least 25 minutes. Crumble the butter cookies and sprinkle on the ice cream before serving.
I know it is ultra synful, but I!!!8217;m thinking low fat/0% fat/light versions of the cheese, yogurt and condensed milk. It!!!8217;d still be sinful but !!!8230;..

Morning all.
Hope you are all well - I've not had a chance to read back yet.
Sorry I've been AWOL - I ended up being away longer than I expected and went really off plan for a while, so didn't feel like posting until I got my head back in gear.
So after a fortnight, it's +1.5 lbs.
Disappointed as it puts me back up another stone marker, but I'm pretty sure that it was considerably more this time last week and I'm heading in the right direction again.
Plan for today
B: overnight grapenuts with rasperry ff yoghurt & mixed berries
L: stuffed mushrooms
home made burgers, jacket sweet potato and some sort of speed (courgettes ? mushrooms ? red peppers ? salad ? )
Snacks: satsumas, pears
Syns: none planned. If none used, maybe 5.5 for a kit kat0 -
Sorry I am late at posting this week, life just got in the way looking after 5 grandchildren.
Just a STS, for me this week, fell off the wagon for a bit hope to be back on next week.

We are going out for lunch - no idea where and what we will eat. At the moment I don't think it really matters as my tummy is getting bigger and bigger.... waiting for mother nature.... well I have been waiting for weeks!
