    You don't have to go to group every week when you're at target bubbs . You could just stay away until after your holidays or have an extra picky tea this week! :rotfl:

    I'm off to Turkey for 3 weeks denise . We always go about this time, meet up with friends and relax.:D

    I adapt the Hairy Bikers chilli con carne recipe. I can't do links on my phone but I'll look it up tomorrow and see what I generally change.

    Morning all,

    Am at work and there's only going to be 3 of us in.

    It's chucking it down here and you need a canoe to get across the car park, also there's holes in the factory roof, so there will be puddles everywhere.

    Am making a crustless quiche later and am also going to have a go at making my own cheesecake!

    Morning all
    Another STS for me this week
    A bit worried because we're going away for the weekend (hence why I've weighed in a day early) and staying in hotels so I won't have much control over what I eat, and just a 1lb back on will put me back into a stone marker I never want to see again.


    Will just have to practise damage limitation over the weekend and then really knuckle back down to it later in the week

    Thrilled to say this mornings weigh in was STS. Lol. So I got away with it. I am staying to class for a bit of inspiration because I soooo want to get to the bottom of range before I go away. Lately I'm bobbing around at the top and a holiday blowout will scupper me for weeks after I get back.
    Today's plan
    B yog and berries
    L wrap (Heb) with ham salad
    D chicken and chickpea curry and rice, P o n onion bhajees served with a yog/mint dip and maybe a poppadom if I can spare the syns.
