You're in the position I wish I'd managed to get to before my holiday! It's quite easy to "forget" to take off your jumper or wear some heavy jewellery - I had to do that a few years ago as I dropped out of bottom end and didn't want to have to pay. There was a lady in group who wore a heavy gold watch and I just used to put that on while I got weighed - it did the trick! I even had my bag on my shoulder one week (we had a different consultant that week so I told her I'd always weighed with my bag, LOL!)

  • Bubbs well done :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T

I had to google this.... the first ingredients was 1/4 cup of oil!:eek::eek::eek::eek:

I have to admit I had thought the same! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

No oil necessary, cook it in stock

I’m trying to get my head round all the sw recipes and am determined not to be put off by the faff of it all, haha.

While my children will be scoffing pizza, nuggets and chip shop chips tomorrow, I thought I would go to the Chinese and get myself something.

The. I thought, nope, I’ll make a fakeaway.

So my plan is fakeaway fried rice. But I’m confused by just the ingredients. It calls for cooked chicken breasts.

But how should I cook them?!

Bake - will they dry out?
Boil - will they just taste like boiled chicken?

    Are there any other options?

Good decision! You can cook the chicken however you want. Personally I'd just pan fry it to brown it and then put in the oven for about 10-12 minutes to finish off. As long as you spray it with Frylight it shouldn't dry out in the oven.

If you don't mind it not being particularly brown then you could cook it in the oven in foil.

The easy alternative is to buy some ready cooked chicken. Iceland sell a bag of cooked chicken. Supermarkets also sell cooked chicken.

Managed some body magic this week for first time in ages due to work being insane! Two Pilates classes, Tuesday and today and I've already booked for next week too. It's reformer Pilates so a bit more vigorous than mat.

    Food today

Breakfast toast (Heb) and peanut butter (4)
Lunch scrambled egg and toast (6), yogurt and rhubarb
Dinner lamb chops, green beans, mash

Could do with more speed but not too bad
