Wonderful @efes_shareholder - you're claiming your whole life back now MC has gone.  What you heard from his sister proves that it would just have gone on and on.  Love Humdinger xx
Hi Humdinger - absolutely , am so glad I stuck to my guns and refused to be manipulated.

Suspected the move may not transpire .......................bit like all his other plans

Well done on giving up the smoking and vaping!
The MC's sister is right - he is like a car that one can only watch waiting to crash!  He seems incapable of looking at his life sensibly and realising he could have had his own place by now if he had sorted out his finances in a mature way. Of course the GWG will be dumping him soon when she  realises (a) he won't be funding their current lifestyle much longer (if she is an actual gold digger), or (b) she realises he's too immature to have a sensible lifestyle ( if she did actually plan to settle down with him).
You are well rid of him!  It is lovely though that you do have a nice relationship with his siblings. 😀

I think your right - I can't see the relationship lasting much longer , according to the sis MC has declared that he is seeing lots of red flags , does not want to move south and could never see her as a mum to his kids so she asked him why he was ignoring them when they had not been together very long !!

The sisters are lovely girls and really are a blessing

its strange but my stomach has been fine for weeks , until monday evening when MC sis visited and he was spoke off in the house ( we also had a little convo re him when NM popped out the following morning ) - lo and behold the symptons returned ten fold so maybe there is something in the stress theory.

Went to football last night , NM team lost and it was a late night so hard to get in the office today.

haven't taken any food out of the freezer so taking advantage of a 2 mains for £20 in our local pub which is a really good standard.

am absolutely tired so just want , dinner , a bath and the traitors and bed tonight

It certainly sounds like discussing MC hits your stress levels. Mind you, with what you had to put up with over the past months I’m not surprised!  Hopefully your tummy will settle as time goes on now he’s not a part of your day to day life.

stomach hasnt been great but its been managable - need to get back on track with taking my natural supplements , remedies and juice busting.

Havent smoked or vaped or worn a patch - have craved so I am quite pleased with myself for getting through those , its not been easy and I seem to have the return of my post xmas cough but according to google thats normal so I wont go all healthy anxiety just yet.

Work has been relentless today , I must must get in the gym after work tonight - if only to get my head through the door.

Had a nice weekend , ended up going to watch my football team for a change in the hospitality seats that unfortunately my friend could not use so got these much much cheaper and spent a lovely afternoon feeling a little bit special.

Yesterday I spent the day with the GS

annoyingly I have an auto take charge of £114 go from my account for a subscription that I was not aware I even had on a free trial for a DNA test bought as a present for xmas. The company are in US so not easy to get hold of them and virgin are not being very helpful - reminds me why I like my nationwide account.

really tired today - work has been relentless and I am feeling a bit down , have dropped off the HRT a bit so need to get back in to daily applications.

didn't make the gym - annoyingly ...............we left the house to go there and the supermarket however when we got to the top of the road , MC was parked up in his van. I had heard NM have a very brief conversation where he said " pop in" but where they are both very disorganised i didnt fathom it would be monday evening or that NM would get ready to go out knowing there could be a visit !! MEN
I left and went to the supermarket as I have absolutely no desire to spend any time around him , when i returned he was sat at the table scrolling through his phone so I avoided going in to the room and just went upstairs leaving NM and him to have a conversation - i suspect about that state of his life and relationship but have no idea what as I haven't asked and thankfully he left shortly after I came back.

We are away this weekend so the gym will quite likely not happen until next week - I have excuses , NM does not since he is now retired ( and getting under my feet slightly !!!!!!)

Will pop out for a wax in my lunchbreak (£30 odd quid) and dinner with my BFF this evening ( special at the local pub) so although I am trying not to spend , noting this down just reminds me that I am not really succeeding !!!!!!!

How infuriating @efes_shareholder! You don't think MC is trying to worm his way back in do you?! Does NM listen to his daughters as they seem to have marvellous insight into MC. As you are well aware, no is a complete sentence... and after all, it is your house.  Love Humdinger xx

Potentially yes , I am pretty sure he came for some words of wisdom on the now wonky relationship with GWG as have been told by the sister that the move down south looks unlikely , they are forever arguing and she is not happy now he is not seeing her as often as he has his children , NM has heard her on the phone before to MC and said she comes across controlling. He will come complain and then get advise which he will completely ignore.

MC has also approached his younger sister who bought her house with her partner a year ago and asked her if he can move in which just goes to show his cheek considering he has a room at his mums - looking at what he can get from other people to improve his quality of life without having to pay for it !! Little Sis is not willing to accomodate

Anyhow , his visits do seem to put me in a bad mood , off course NM will have a father / relationship with him however I will remove myself as much as possible in his presence - as for getting back in , the thought has crossed my mind and under absolutely no circumstances will that ever happen again and I won't hold back if asked !!!!!!!!!!!

I know hes stupid , but I hope he isnt THAT STUPID
