Then called complaints team who were very good - 2 mins to count and see there was a missing payment - made a goodwill payment of £7 into my rewards account - all over and done with in 5 mins

Would recommend this route.

They are so painful to deal with !

Call them and ask to speak to complaints. I got mine paid during the phone call.
