    I haven't received mine yet either you can check if you are entitled by just simply counting the number of double payments you have received obviously you are entitled to 12

    Thanks for replies. It seems that the double payment due this month was paid on 14 June, so it seems that it's not late. Checking back my account I received double monthly payment in each of July 2018 to May 2109 inclusive, which is 11 months, so I was expecting double payment this month. I have sent a secure message to Barclays to query. Will report what happens here.

    I am in exactly the same position as you.
    Just had a very frustrating phone call to Barclays as they have ignored my secure message.
    I was told the promotion ends May 2019 regardless of when you started, but as many on here have said they have been paid , that doesn't ring true.

    He offered to open a complaint for me but I said it wasn't worth the bother , but he was on hold for ages to the complaint team.

    He came back and said the complaint team were busy and he could do it but that the promotion definitely ended May 2019.
    I told him not to bother.

    Not me. I rang this morning and they said they are having technical issues and it should be paid by Friday.

    I did not get my 12th bonus payment in June - called Customer Service who put me through to the 'digital banking team' who deal with rewards. After a long faff around (they only needed to count!) said they would put me through to 'second level support' - 45 mins later I hung up.

    Then called complaints team who were very good - 2 mins to count and see there was a missing payment - made a goodwill payment of £7 into my rewards account - all over and done with in 5 mins

    Would recommend this route.
