HPC has been taken down, and I wonder if it is crime related?
How many lives has that website, how many could have been living in happy homes 15 years ago or made a killing at BTL.

Still seems to be there. Not the same though, that many of the nut bags have split off to DodSlobs.com, or whatever.

I recommend reading the 'Why HPC.com might not be for me anymore' thread on dosbods. Seems there are disgruntled hpcers who sound like they regret the day they signed up to the cult of hpc.

At last many of them can recover some of the damage done, the ones that have followed HPC for 15 years in many cases have no chance of recovering. They are going over to dosbods to let people know that they followed the cult and mantra and it failed them and they don't believe it anymore, HPC would never allow that type of post.

So well over 90% of them have given up on the property crash, at last the speculation of a fear of a property crash has all but vanished, they will never feast on the corpses of those that lost their homes, what a horrible way to live your life, wishing misery on people.

There is now anarchy going on at HPC.com now as most members who if not already giving up on an impossible property crash are fleeing to DOSBODS, things are so bad for them now that they are having to depend on an anti Brexit thread from the landlords they hate so much for most of their traffic.

The pro home and property speculator groups are now the saviour of HPC, for now anyway, it's hilarious

You can sense it, even 80% of those remaining do not believe in a crash anymore, they are totally beaten, 15 years of wasted life.
Normally you would say move on and learn from it, but so many of them cannot now, it;s far too late for some. Many of them are now becoming pro Labour and hoping for a left wing Corbyn government, their lives are so messed up now they are depending on handouts in their later years.
