    Use your brain man, so in that case mine is bigger than tenants. There is some real jealousy in these answers, come on! do you really think I come across as someone who would be going out with Barbara Windsor, mine is far more classy, a few years ago she would have been able to appear on Love Island or have been A Championship league grade WAG, that's how gorgeous she was.
    Off to look at another possible HMO property this morning which has the potential to bring in another £5.500 monthly. While these jealous tenants and bedsit wallers are screaming at the moon how unfair the UK is they are failing to miss how great it really is. Educated skilled young people these days are fighting over themselves to get the best HMO rooms, it's only going to get better for us and not worse.

    Great.

    But enough for me thanks

    Not only did my BTL empire bring me great wealth, but having it also brought me other great side benefits, something I am sure chuck will confirm. Apart from the confidence, friends and respect, I wasn't a very popular child at school, I have now ended up dating an ex soap actress from TV, sorry cannot mention her name. They say when you are happy and content that you change physically, well I have no doubt about that now, lets just say I have added a few inches somewhere to what was already well above average.
    These days I am probably one of the most respected and liked people I know, and the people that do not like me are the ones you would cross the street to avoid anyway. Yep, like Chuck ,because of my BTL empire I am well and truely in the Alpha male department these days.

    I have a GF who acted in Corrie, great face, but tree trunk legs. She's with her man, a real booish type, for his cash but he's the only one that doesn't know it. Let's just say her girlie weekends away are a lot of fun...........

    By far my favourite thread over on HPC loon centrum today is this one where an ex-HPC comrade who defied TheCountOfNowhere and bought in 2009. He has now reported back to the deluded on his HPI mad gainz.

    Gud times. :beer::j:money::rotfl::T

    Not sure why this guy is always singled out with so many complete and utter &*^%& on HPC. Have you read the stuff from Beary Mcbeerface, if ever I have read anything from and internet sado who is single and alone and living in a bedsit it is that man, he cannot even get on with his own comrades.
  • Most likely becasue he is a known liar. He resides in a Hull bedsit, which he now trys to deny, and if oft spouting some such rubbish that he is moving to France. All despite voting for Brexit. He is one of the most disingenuous posters on there. Not sure about Beery McBeerface. Can you provde examples?

    I would have said that it sounds like they deserve each other, but I don't know what you mean by 'booish type' and it would have to be pretty bad to match being with someone just for money, and cheating as well.
    Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop

    The option for a lot of men is either being single, or being with someone who only went out with them for their money. Normally the problem is solved with delusion.

    HPC have now created a new website called DOSBODS :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    It's a way of getting 99% of the UK that support the UK housing market as it is off their website.
    It's a daily fight for them to keeping their HPC website looking anything other than the lunatic filled cult that it really is.
