Hi mr S_P - I have no wish, or intention, of slating you.
The fact that your decision would not have been my decision, in your circumstances, is niether here nor there and I sincerely hope that you have made the right decision and that it works out for you and your family.
So far, so good.0 -
Mr-Spangle-Pants
I am so glad things are working out for you.
We are also looking into this option, is it possible for you to tell me who you went with as I would like to contact them.
Or any info you could give would be so appreciated
thanks0 -

Im sorry if this sounds out of order but are you by any chance a buy to let investor?
You have come on the board, ignored all advice and then come back saying you have sold your house to one of these companies. The transfer went through in under 2 months and now the landlord is fantastic and getting praised and now people are asking who it is.
Please be careful if you have asked Mr _Spangle _Pants about the company he has used. After all this is a message board and people know nothing about him. This all sounds to easy and in their desperation people could go ahead and do this on the back of this recommendation.
Mr Spangle Pants, if you are not a buy to let investor then i apologise but think its only fair that people are careful.
This post is not meant to be insulting, only a reminder to people to be careful.Debt Now~Total-£14,366.72~CC-£1,600.00~Sofa-£1,349.01~Loan-£11,417.71

I am a little bit upset by your post, if you PM me I will invite you over for a cup of tea, there are 2 sides to every story and I can understand your concerns, it is working out really well for us, please do not assume everyone on here is a liar.embarrassed_about_my_debt wrote: »Im sorry if this sounds out of order but are you by any chance a buy to let investor?

Im by no means saying everyone on here is a liar, just pointing out that people need to be careful. Especially when they are desperate.
As i said the post is not meant to be insulting and if everything in the thread is true then im glad that it has worked out for you and as you say you understand my concerns i would suggest we leave it at that as that was my main point.Debt Now~Total-£14,366.72~CC-£1,600.00~Sofa-£1,349.01~Loan-£11,417.71

hello Mr S_P - I saw an advert on TV guaranteeing the seller they could stay in their house for 10 years.
They gave me a 5 year agreement, made a whole lot of difference to Mrs Spangle Pants, anything can happen in 5 years, in a strange way I am praying for a property crash to help justify my decision to sell and rent my house back. I am still here !! Several of you have sent me nice private messages and I am grateful for the support. Cheers !!
