Thank you for your kind words, I know I am going to get slated by the rest of the MSE community, I got a five year agreement from the landlord. They also gave me energy saving bulbs for the whole of the house (bit dimm) and they had to repair the boiler!!

You won't be slated hun.. at the end of the day everyone on here is here to give advice.. but you have to do whats right for you.

Tenancy agreement with 5 year covenant? It looks Kosher. They sent it to me as a document.
