  • Thank you for your kind words, I know I am going to get slated by the rest of the MSE community, I got a five year agreement from the landlord. They also gave me energy saving bulbs for the whole of the house (bit dimm) and they had to repair the boiler!!

    That must be a fabulous feeling!

    As long as you'd be okay if you DID have to move sooner than that.

    A house is just bricks and mortar. A HOME is a house with love inside, and that will be anywhere you and your OH go. Don't forget that! ;)

    Tenancy agreement with 5 year covenant? It looks Kosher. They sent it to me as a document.
