I don't know but do the police have to pay to get
data from the DVLA ??? or is it free ???

Seems like the DVLA are using private parking companies
to subsidize the increased use of roadside cash cow
cameras. IT'S ALL JUST A SCAM, GOVERNMENT RUN

The police and local authorities are not charged for the info, only private companies have to pay, such as PPCs and insurance companies or solictors dealing with accidents.

Loads of data and reading here - https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/699461/who-dvla-shares-data-with-2015-2018-volumes-q4-2017-v1.pdf

Anyone with a May windscreen PCN from UKPC should sit tight unless it was in the final week of May, 25th onwards.

Anyone with a June windscreen PCN from UKPC should do the usual day 26 online appeal (NEWBIES thread).

Anyone now getting a late NTK talking about a February or March parking event, see here:

I got a ticket from them in January (just received a pre-letter before claim from SCS law today). I don't suppose I could use this to my advantage, given that they weren't banned until March?

Could it possibly help my case, because I just received a pre letter before claim from SCS law, for a ticket that I received in May 2017?

The topic of this thread is no help at all to you

Everyone is politely asked to read up on this in the Newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread

Go there now to learn about the game you are now caught up in and how to deal with this

If you have questions not covered by the FAQ then you should start your own thread

    Hi there,

Thanks for your reply. I have spent several hours reading the newbies thread. I asked a thread-relevant question that I could not see or infer a clear answer to. I was not asking for specific advice on my case, but whether it might be relevant and simply wanted a simple clarification (e.g., yes or no).

You need to start your own thread where you will get bespoke help. You will not get the answer you want on this thread because that is not what it is for.

    Corrrect

(Though she has been given the answer to the "yes or no thread relevant question" she posed, but chose to ignore this in her reply above!)

    Hi,
Sorry to bother you, but do you know by any chance if UKPC is still banned by DVLA?

First of all, delete everything after your first sentence. Scammers read these fora so only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people.

    DO THIS NOW!

Unfortunately the ban has been lifted, so you need to read the NEWBIES then start your own thread if you need further help.
