Finally got a response from DVLA all be it too late to have some fun with UKPC at the hospital today , but yes they are still suspended from the database. But of a tip for you if you are going to a UKPC car park with barriers check if they have infrared safety on the barrier if so a crafty post-it note when someone else leaves is all it takes for free parking (not that I would condone or encourage this activity)

Just been told this by another PPC fighter:
So as of 25th May DVLA gave UKPC access to KADOE again.

    Confirmed by DVLA
Not sure if that means they can now get DVLA data for PCNs incurred within the past 28 days, so the advice would be NOT to appeal a windscreen PCN incurred in that time, wait and see.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

la la la, nothing to see there, move on businesses as usual.
    let's pretend it never happened.

Shame will we know just what happened

One must assume that as UKPC is a good money
cash cow for the DVLA, they want known scammers
    to continue

Will the DVLA ever admit that they are party to
    the scam ???

I was driving on the M3 yesterday from the M25
to Bagshot ..... the stretch took 3 years to turn
it into a "smart" motorway created mega jams and
now this so called smart motorway has lots of
    pylon high speed cameras ???
A "SMART CASH COW" for Surrey police so lots
    more work for the DVLA.

I don't know but do the police have to pay to get
data from the DVLA ??? or is it free ???

Seems like the DVLA are using private parking companies
to subsidize the increased use of roadside cash cow
cameras. IT'S ALL JUST A SCAM, GOVERNMENT RUN

Don't see why not. The "investigation" must be over in order for them to have access back.
