They are on our list of members as they are still BPA/AOS members"

So, if the BPA says they are AOS members and the DVLA
have banned them from collecting data ???

    WHO IS LYING ??

    Cannot have it both ways

the DVLA have banned UKPC from obtaing data , and one specific company for getting it for them

I say one company , as being a member of BPA AOS , UKPC can ask any other member to legally get data

the way for the BPA to stop this , is to suspend UKPCs AOS position

And again, people need to know NOT to appeal a windscreen PCN from UKPC whilst they are banned by the DVLA.

Expulsion by the BPA would be even better.

I'm the keeper and appealed before the info that UKPC were banned, so

It's now Day 75+ and I'm still receiving requests to name the driver

I'm getting email letters with threats of a POPLA code, but no NTK

The claim was a Blue Badge that wasn't displayed (it was, but had fallen, I sent pictures) in a retail blue badge bay

Is there anything else I should be doing?

thanks, I've read and read all the threads, but the emails do panic me everytime they arrive, just looking for reassurance!

    1. Complain to the BPA that UKPC are refusing to deal with your appeal and won't provide a POPLA Code.

    2. Open a new thread (no further comments on this thread) when you get a reply from the BPA.

can I just ignore any and all letters from them - or do I need to go to BPA and thru POPLA?
