You get to that page by cliking The BPA then AOS Members, I must admit I just read the members part

So you can be a member of BPA but not an AOS member of it?

The rabbit hole goes deep it seems.

I must remember to READ everything and not just assume.

I was thinking it was 9(2)(f)
    Yes.

The warning abut keeper liability is omitted and the NTK says 'on the assumption they were the driver'.

And here's a case where a poster won on that basis, explained the omission well to the Judge:

You MUST include the fact that HX only served a non-POFA ''we assume you were the driver'' Notice to Keeper, so are unable to rely upon the POFA Schedule 4, thus cannot hold the registered keeper liable under any applicable law, nor can they ''assume'' (Henry Greenslade, barrister and erstwhile Lead Adjudicator of POPLA confirmed the position in law in the 2015 Annual POPLA Report).

That seems to be that one out of the way then if they decide to press the issue, as I have no doubt they will.

Thought I would add, make sure you remove or blur out any QR codes [squares with small black and white boxes] in any letters you post on here, they contain details relevant to your pcn.

What, another copy of the NTK dated 9th April? Or is that the wrong image?

It's dated 9th April, six weeks ago, and refers to a parking event a few days before.

    Not a recent letter.

Not sure why you think I'm posting old letters as new ones, you clearly seem to have a problem with me.
