It's not clear to me, but has any appeal been sent to the PPC yet?0
-
Nothing has been sent yet, the registered keeper did phone them the other day while I was at work, as explained in first post0
-
Is it common practice for the PCN to be addressed Mrs 'lastname' 'firstname' ??0
-
Then the keeper should send the template appeal from the NEWBIES thread.
No need to adjust it or add to it.
As the NEWBIES thread suggests, send it by a method described in the NtK making sure that no clues are given to the driver's identity.0 -
I was just curious as she actually recieved 2 PCN's from the same day from different car parks and different firms and both say lastname firstname.
The second is from apcoa, I wanted to get this one going before mentioning the other one.0 -
You might want to check how the keeper's name is recorded on the Vehicle's V5c - Registration Document.0
-
same template for both , DO NOT REVEAL THE DRIVERS DETAILS
sounds like the DVLA V5C has the names reversed for some reason, so check the V5C and sort out any errors with the DVLA ASAP0 -
Thanks guys, I've just sent the blue template appeal to HX.
I'll get her to check her log book0 -
If you need further advice on this other one start a separate thread about it!I was just curious as she actually recieved 2 PCN's from the same day from different car parks and different firms and both say lastname firstname.
The second is from apcoa, I wanted to get this one going before mentioning the other one.0
