It's not clear to me, but has any appeal been sent to the PPC yet?

Nothing has been sent yet, the registered keeper did phone them the other day while I was at work, as explained in first post

Is it common practice for the PCN to be addressed Mrs 'lastname' 'firstname' ??

Then the keeper should send the template appeal from the NEWBIES thread.

No need to adjust it or add to it.

As the NEWBIES thread suggests, send it by a method described in the NtK making sure that no clues are given to the driver's identity.

    Not that I know of.

Does it matter? It clearly identifies the registered keeper.

I was just curious as she actually recieved 2 PCN's from the same day from different car parks and different firms and both say lastname firstname.

The second is from apcoa, I wanted to get this one going before mentioning the other one.

You might want to check how the keeper's name is recorded on the Vehicle's V5c - Registration Document.

same template for both , DO NOT REVEAL THE DRIVERS DETAILS

sounds like the DVLA V5C has the names reversed for some reason, so check the V5C and sort out any errors with the DVLA ASAP
