Debit card and PIN should suffice surely?

Why say everything is fine for news channels but then say your limiting app and to just keep trying in the hope you get on.

Great - password problems now at the final payment screen:

    "ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException exception: null"
No credit card statements available so I decided to go for paper statements but could not change my preference due to that error. It seems that anything that needs you to re-input the password gets that. They are going to be in deep doodoo if they cannot provide CC statements !

I had my card and pin.

At first, they tried to charge me a £30 fee, for doing it in branch instead of online.

Then I was only able to move £5k without my passport, I'll need to pick up my passport and go back to transfer any more.

At the branch. Queue Out the door. 2 out of 4 cashier positions open.
    Appalling, considering the online mess.

I suppose that's fair enough - they need to be doubly cautious at this time of opportunists. You'd be livid if they let some fraudster walk out with your money.

I hope you gave them a piece of your mind for that

Perhaps there should be something on the front page of the app or website advising people they need their passport if they want to move/withdraw over a certain amount.

To be honest, I was in disbelief at that point.

If you have any energy left, write to the CEO, Mr. Paul Pester on ceooffice at tsb.co.uk

He'll no doubt already be swamped with complaints but he should be aware that there is a serious problem with Customer Service, on top of the IT issues
