Just left the branch. No luck. I couldn't move my money out as i didn't have my passport.0

Why say everything is fine for news channels but then say your limiting app and to just keep trying in the hope you get on.

Perhaps there should be something on the front page of the app or website advising people they need their passport if they want to move/withdraw over a certain amount.0

To be honest, I was in disbelief at that point.
He'll no doubt already be swamped with complaints but he should be aware that there is a serious problem with Customer Service, on top of the IT issues0
