I have put my complaint online (that is working). I complained yesterday via phoning an operator.
I have said in my online complaint that I will not use online banking until they tell me the problems have been fixed AND IT is available for everyone.0 -

I wouldn't be suprised if they take it down again the fallout if they do will be huge though.
I can see the dilemma for TSB they probably know its not working correctly so do they carry on with a buggy service or take it down again i doubt the head of TSB will last long if this continues for much longer.0 -
My bank account shows up online all right, but I can only see recent credit card transactions. Viewing or downloading past statements is broken, and one of the statement months (February) doesn't even show up as a link amongst the other months (those links don't work but are there).
Still, some progress at least.0 -
I can still see it - on the first page.
I could logon via online banking, mobile app is still flaky for me.
Were you able to do anything ie bank transfer amend a payment etc ?
I think if your just looking at your account balance DD payments in and out transfers it looks to be fine actually doing anything meaningful thats when the problems start.0 -
I haven't seen anyone defending TSB as such as it's undeniable that it's a complete mess, but it's not a simple binary for or against situation, it's perfectly possible to challenge some of the more extreme or ignorant statements being made by (rightly) unhappy posters without actually defending the bank!I can't understand why people are defending TSB .... or are they a TSB proxy?0
