TSB mobile and online 'up and running'
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-43890408
On Tuesday, chief executive Paul Pester said he was "deeply sorry". On Wednesday he tweeted: "Our mobile banking app and online banking are now up and running. Thank you for your patience and for bearing with us."
Well ...... he's half right, but it's slow and still broken.
I can log in, but the screens are slow to load with the screen going grey and freezing whilst they think about it. I pressed the "inbox" link and just got a blank screen. I had to login again to get back to where I started from. I also have an extra payee as one is now duplicated (possibly because I have a STO to them - this didn't happen on the old platform).
Verdict not "now up and running", more "work in progress".
I haven't been brave enough to try any transfers yet.0 -
Logged on, transacted all of my bill payments however I was unable to pay my TSB credit card, screen shot taken of the exception and sent to the TSB tech team - hopefully it will help those guys iron out the wrinkles.Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0

I managed to get in and everything looked normal, but also failed to pay a bill at the point where password is required. Same message.
Looks like they are starting to get there though.0 -
There doesn't seem to be any functional difference between "it's broken" and "it's fixed but we're not going to allow you access".0

Could one of the posters who "work in IT" explain in layman's terms what the error message "ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException exception: null" means? I thought it might be something to do with my browser but I get the same error in both Firefox and IE.0
