Those are my principles. If you don't like them, I have others.
I have writer's block - I can't begin to tell you about it.
You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.

I don't think that anything I've said is going to lead to a war.moneysavinmonkey wrote: »ok...shame you don't take your own advice though.
Which advice is that?0 -
BobProperty wrote: »I don't see "everyone" making "very personal & hurtful insults to every poster". I have seen some strong points of view which I believe resulted in one poster sending threatening PMs to two others. That is completely OTT. I think most people would find it hard to be "nice" to someone who just PMed them telling them to "watch their steps" and that they'd "kill them if they post" again.
what has that got to do with this thread?
are you saying the OP of this trhead has been PMing and threatening people and that is why tre3mor said she would be a bad mother??0 -
I don't think that anything I've said is going to lead to a war.
that comment was directed to BobProperty who seemed to be defending your right to insult someone based upon the fact that on another thread someone sent a threatening PM to another person.... i'm presuming that the OP of this thread had absolutely nothing to do with the abusive PM's so if i'm wrong on that then let me know.
Which advice is that?
The advice to take a good look at themselves and think properly about stuff.
You may not think that someone would be hurt by the comment you made but I find it very difficult to believe that you are completely unable to accept that someone else might.... or do i need to insult you in order to get my point across!!0 -

No. I understand perfectly that somebody might be hurt by it. If they are then they obviously haven't been insulted enough in their life.0 -
oh i give up! it's obvious to me that you have been put on this earth to upset people and generally be awkward for some higher purpose. As there is no chance of you admitting you 'could' be wrong nevermind that you are i'm not going to waste my time. good luck to you. my advice, next time you tell someone they are a bad mother in real life get ready to duck!0

Bob Property - I don't know what kind of people you mix with but pretty much every person I have encountered in my life has enough emotional intelligence to understand whether something they say could potentially cause offence of not!

Now that we've gone entirely off topic...moneysavinmonkey wrote: »Bob Property - I don't know what kind of people you mix with but pretty much every person I have encountered in my life has enough emotional intelligence to understand whether something they say could potentially cause offence of not!

This whole attitude is the problem with the world today. People are scared to say what they think in case they cause offence.
It's stifling debate and is causing problems all over the world.0 -
