Kat,
Check your PM's. I've forwarded the Orchid e-mail to you. It should fix your problem.

Will do

Have you tried forcing the dialler into managed mode by dialling
**#0000*1*8
Give that a go then hang up and do a ***12#4567890*3 again.
Is your CW Client communicating with the server OK?604!0 -
Thanks Toxteth
Now updating:)
Now seeing as this is the first time i have used the dialler. Is it possible for me not to add the dialling code before the phone number for local calls or do i have to do this as if im using a mobile and use whole phone number including dialling code?.
Thanks Again for everyones help

Yes,
Go into your routing table click on an empty line (1-9) in the carrier table and then press the edit button at the bottom of the table. In the 'Select Carrier' menu that pops up choose the 6th entry, # Local. Then go to the Routing Table to the right, select a spare entry and click the Edit button. For the routing code select the 6th (*2*3) or the 15th (*5*9) entry, then for the day/night/weekend select the local carrier that you just created.
Sorry Kat, misread your question. No you do not have to use an STD prefix when making local calls providing you have locked your CLI.

All Sorted Now

Could not get STD code to prefix by locking CLI, But still managed to get to work by adding a line in my routing plan.
All i need now is my Talk Talk +1 Account to be activated
I have to agree what a great piece of kit the Orchid is.
Thanks Again for everyones help, greatly appreciated

Glad your routing code entry appears to be a good workaround for you

Forgot to add that before you Lock CLI you need to go into the CW Client and add your Area Code under the End User tab.
Alternatively you can phone ***your area code number*4 directly into the dialler.
