Go into the CW Client, Product view and ensure 'Managed' is checked, then select update.
Wait for about 10 minutes then use your phone and dial
***12#4567890*3
Hang up after a couple of seconds and you should see the red LED on your dialler start blinking.

??? Have tried
But even after the red light stops blinking it has not updated the new route plan.
I have kept my route to just use 18866 at all times.
But no success
Any Ideas Please
Thx KATVal

Have you had any problems with payment via credit/debit card?0

Kat, did you assign your new routing table to your dialler?
In CWClient, click the Reports icon, then select Connected Diallers from the list. The "next contact date" shown should be one year from the time your routing was last updated (by default).
You could also try unplugging your dialler for 10 minutes and let it plug and automatically redial. Out of interest what do you have set in your routing under DIAL UP NO. ? Mine is set to Orchid GEO 01536272200
Good luck,
Johnnie0 -
Hi Johnnie
In Reports and Connected Diallers it shows last Update was when i very first plugged in the dialler.
And i also have the same number to dial up as you have.
I have no idea why it is not showing anupdate even though i have reset the dialler countless times?
Thx Again

Hi Kat,
Just tried to force my dialler to reset with ***12#4567890*3 and it isn't showing up as having made contact on CWClient either. So I manually telephoned the Dial Home number and it was engaged ... I imagine that is what is causing your problem.
Give it a few tries through the weekend and if you have no luck, contact Richard at Orchid on Monday sales@orchid-electronics.com. Orchid are extremely helpful.
These diallers are a challenge to set up initially, but after that, they are excellent. I'm glad I bought a couple.
Good luck.

Cheers Johnnie
I tried phoning the dial up number myself lastnight and it was engaged.
Like you said i expect this now to be the problem:)
Hopefully it will be sorted soon
Thanks for your help

Kat,
Try this.
Dial **#0000*147008451930230*1 followed by ***12#4567890*3
If it doesn't work dial **#0000*1886601536272200*1 again followed by ***12#4567890*3 and, as suggested, contact Richard at Orchid.
btw - did you see Orchid's 18 Oct Urgent Update e-mail about problems with the dialler calling home via 18866 and the Lock CLI fix??604!0 -
