I know smoothies aren't a good idea, but there was lots of frozen fruit and it was nearly as good as ice cream!
Today has been OK - porridge with prunes for breakfast, salad with chickpeas and BNS for lunch. No supper - had a cereal bar (without added sugars) that was lurking in the bottom of my handbag while I was on the train and once I got to the (not very nice) hotel decided I wasn't going out. I have resisted the biscuits that are in the room, which I was surprised by. And am hoping it'll soon be time to get up and check out and go somewhere more pleasant.0 -

A good day today.

I returned my B0den clothes to the PO
I have an appointment for the surveyors to measure and quote for the windows on Monday.
FROG. I found the recycling centre after much stress and driving the wrong way. But I found it. All the junk outside the front of my house and the garden waste has gone. Old TV and old pots and pans. Gone. Feels nice
Getting lost reminded me of google maps. I don’t fancy being tracked by google more than I already am, whilst I lead my wildly exciting life for one thing. I could use a sat nav instead but I also think it is good for my brain to work out routes and then memorise them. Taxi drivers who do the knowledge have a bigger hippocampus. I’d like a bigger one too. I think we outsource our brain power too much. That said I’ll probably be using one of them by next week
Whilst trying to find the street I noticed an alterations/dry-cleaners. Next time I recycle I will take my coat for repairing and cleaning.:)
I went to MnS. I have some trainer type shoes that were £45. I paid £12.99.:money:
I don’t have a yoga mat or leggings so no yoga/pilates tonight. I’ll have to try for next week.
Day six of no sugar. Weight going down visibly. Feeling more energised and feeling much less hungry. I plan to keep this up for the whole of October.
Wishing everyone a good day

Well done on the no sugar.
I've managed to stick to the no booze/no sugar so far, despite significant temptation.
Didn't bother with supper yesterday as by the time I got to the hotel I really didn't see the point. There was a cereal bar (one without added sugar) squished at the bottom of my handbag. I didn't eat the hotel biscuits  or go to the bar.
Coffee shop porridge for breakfast with dried cranberries and seeds, then managed to ignore the biscuits and cake throughout today's workshop. Lunch was sandwiches, but as there was someone else bread-free in the room we had a nice salad instead. REsisted junk on the way home an had a very odd but nice salad of noodles with leftovers when I got in.
I've also managed 3 pilates classes this week, but I'm not moving enough. So tomorrow needs to be a run or at least some gardening.0 -
Very :money: today.
A NSD. Took lunch into work in my new lovely lunchbox. I used a free coffee voucher at Ner0. I had my fares prepaid. I walked from the station instead of taking the bus. :T
Stuck to the eating plan: basically no simple sugars at all and only small amounts of complex carbs, lots of protein, good fats and veggies. All the junk has gone and I am missing it less and less each day.
Doing my fundraising walk tomorrow, so guaranteed exercise.
I'm working tomorrow too so I have packed a gorgeous salad and 4 apples too
I hope you all had a good day too

Well done on no sugar. ANd getting exercise. I have barely moved today (I'm wearing running stuff, as the intention was there, but work got in the way). Apart from one cereal bar I've done well on food - porridge with apple & pear, green beans, ham, BNS and beetroot for lunch, chicken with butter beans, carrots, celery, onion, tomato and kale for supper.
I am getting sugar cravings. And headaches. But hopefully they'll go away soon.0 -
Hope tomorrow goes well
