Don't worry about not getting any work done. There are some work days when that's all I achieve. Or day's like today, when not thumping someone is my main achievement0

I hope you have a good working day tomorrow too

Today was okay work wise, at least I did something. So, not good or bad just okay and I’m okay with that.
I couldn’t go out to work as I had a delivery I had to sign for that did not arrive until late. I work best away from my home. A bus journey away is a huge Pr3t with lots of working space. If I take my own cup coffee it is just 49p, so I might go next week.
My recent purchases went back except for my coatigan that I adore.:D I had to consider not just did I love it but also did I have something similar that I also loved? The coatigan covers a gap but the scarf/throw did not. Anyway in exchange I bought a coat perfect for walking/casual use. It is shower proof. It was 60% reduced and came today. I love it.
I’ve been eating too much chocolate today. I need to do something. Maybe go sugar free or revisit the BSD. I am sitting down a lot and eating chocolate. Not a good combination
I didn’t chase up the builder. Neither the plumber or decorator have got back in contact. Add to tomorrow’s list…
It seems as if there is always something to work on. Anyway on the up side I had a NSD. I am now up to 9/15

sounds like a typical Friday - my boss told me to leave early and then just as I was leaving asked me to do something that sounded simple but took the best part of the hour. Ah well still home earlier than I would have been just knocked the gloss off itI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

I am starting the blood sugar diet in the morning. So low carb med style for 5 days and 800 cals for 2 days. Starting with 800 to get it out of the way whilst my motivation is high. Just saying it on here so I can't chicken out...:oIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Didn't feel the urge to thump anyone today... and did get an apology from someone who emailed to say I was right after I sent them a load of reading to do when they didn't like my answer yesterday
Then spent hours sorting out data, locating diagrams and creating graphs that I couldn't find elsewhere. I'm rubbish at numbers, and excel, so working off 8 vast spreadsheets was a trial.
And then had a chat with my new boss, who hadn't realised I was doing all this stuff, because people don't think they need to go through her to get to me. They just ask me. For a start I'm in a different time zone, stuff tends to be urgent (stuff for next week's board meeting which they need to see in advance) and they've never had to go through anyone else to get to me. I can see it will be interesting getting her trained ...0 -
