Some people post encouragement and just when I thought I might give up. I don’t.
Some people post their own experience and I feel less alone in mine
Some people post their humour and instead of crying I laugh instead
Some people post words of wisdom and I learn
Some people post a hug and I am comforted

Thanks for all the nice comments. I really mean it, you guys rock. This is the first time I have used a forum. I don't do social media at all, but this is different. This is worth pushing through my barriers because it is such a fab community of people on here
Frog of the day
I uploaded a new version of my current software. I have not done this in 3 years as I worry the updates will not benefit me in the long term but I cannot buy an external drive with this version due to compatibility issues. Done now, so I can purchase the external drive later today or tomorrow. (I know I can use the cloud etc but don’t want to)
I wish I was happier with IT generally but I have to push past a natural barrier that does not want to be processed, tracked or located. Sigh.
I have cleared a whole shelf on the room I am in most. My plan is to frame a print for the shelf.
I've washed some clothes, drying outside now. I've decluttered some clothes and books too.
I removed a huge Swiss plant to my bedroom where there is more space. It is startling how much space there is without it. I need a smaller plant in here. I try and have a green plant in each room.
The plumber comes later to quote for the job. I don’t feel stressed about it but I will be cleaning my kitchen today including steam cleaning the grubby floor.
I hope you all having a good end to your weekIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

3 years without upgrade isn't as long as I have seen in some businesses !!
just regard the cloud as soneone elses computer and you wont go far wrong. useful as far as it goes, especially for having an external backup of your stuff, and having other people look after it for you - but if you mainly access from the same computer the advantages are less than the marketeers would have you believe (surprising that!!!, NOT)
well done on all your frog bashingI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

So, the plumber was a no-show  and not even a message either.
One of the things I've noticed is without the stress of work I can cope much better with all the other stresses. My 'bouncability' seems stronger. I'll be using this time off to eat as many frogs as I can. A really important frog is to sort out my eyes and get glasses. I keep putting this off...
As I upgraded my computer yesterday I can buy my additional drive today. I'm pleased about that as the work I will be doing will be protected. One less anxiety
I am off to a famous market, we will have very good coffee and we will do a river walk. I will be testing out my new walking boots
I have just had my breakfast so I will wash-up and get ready.
