    I'm sure this has been asked many times, but can anyone please tell me how long it takes for the £10 to be credited? Thanks :)

    :mad: Is there anyway that i can download the software from the monilink site and transfer it onto my phone via a usb cable.

    I've sent loads of text messages but my phone still wont download it. I get operation failed every single time.

    My phone is a W810i.

    mine monilink thingy has stopped working now... has this happened to anyone else.
    It stopped two months ago - I even updated the download.
    It ask for password number etc as normal and comes up with the choice of balance or mini statement but then it says it can't do it.

    How do I find out why?

    now at Uni as a Mature student -update: now has a First Class BA!

    ooh... I did lose my card and the issue number is now 2 - can't believe I didn't think of that!!! :rolleyes:
    I'll try and see if I can re-set it up.

  • Just delete the card by going to Options > Card Options and then re-add the card.

    Give me a shout if you get stuck.
