Over a month and a half ago I registered, still no sign of the tenner0
-
No sign of the free tenner here either0
-
I emailed them about not getting the £10 and they said it is upto Natwest to pay it now as they passed my information onto them 2 weeks ago, they said it should go through any day now so I shall wait and see.0

There's also another issue - the cost of using the service:
From A&L:
There are no data charges from your mobile network for registering, using or downloading MONILINK™ with the exception of Orange and Virgin. For Orange and Virgin customers MONILINK™ usage and download will be charged at your standard data tariff. Free access to MONILINK™ via Orange and Virgin will be available soon. For the period 1st July 2007 to 31st December 2007 inclusive, all Mobile Banking customers will receive free MONILINK™ Mobile Banking.
However T-Mobile say:
Calls to Monilink aren't free from your mobile. The number we have listed is 0800 083 5212 and this is classed as a national toll number charged at 40p per minute. Additional costs include 20p per balance request and 25p per mini statement request.
I have an open job ticket with Monilink on this, and have let A&L know about it.
T-Mobile have refunded any charges.
If you have used this service, you might want to check if you have been charged for doing so.
Regards.

T-Mobile haven't charged me anything to use this service - it appears on my "recent use" summary as£0.00.0

It could just be a one-off, or maybe it's related to tariff or method of subscribing? I'm on everyone PAYG and joined via the A&L site.0

No tenner here yet either with HSBC
I just had to email their support too as i checked my balance on 2nd november and nothing nearly 2 weeks after the "within 28 days" - so we'll see what they say!
*edit* wow a super fast response from greg saying he'll get onto it as a matter of urgency - not THAT's service!0 -
Just to make you all aware, we are extended the £10 and free usage offer until the 31st Jan 2008.0

I registered ages ago and put in my verification on the 12th November and haven't heard anything yet either. I've emailed the support address so fingers crossed0
