    See my response above Greg - if there is one thing I REALLY object to, it is any company rep telling me a) what to do, and b) trying to fob complaints from tthis community off to a faceless email, rather than a real person.

    I can assure you that I am not trying to fob the community off. All emails sent to [EMAIL="support@monilink.co.uk"]support@monilink.co.uk[/EMAIL] will go directly to me.

    I thought by creating this email address, it would be easier for our customers to submit comments and deter them from posting sensitive information. I can also respond quicker to any emails sent directly to me, rather than having to log into this forum.

    Fantastic :) Got the code today and all sorted - checked balance and mini statement, it'll come in handy and stop the 08546 calls I have to make when not online :D
