Monilink support, I have a HSBC account so could sign up but I'm wary - the reason being that last time I signed up with my A&L account and never got the £10 I was promised despite doing everything I was supposed to do. Can you guarantee I'll get the £10 and is there any way I can get the tenner you owe me from last time?!

i am on 3 and am still unable to signup with my phone and girlfriends phones.

Both are nokia N73's on 3

Registered last week from the monilink website for HSBC.
Nokia 6320i, Wap was enabled already. Downloaded the app. But test connection failed. PM'ed MonilinkSupport here :beer:, got a quick response with the link to update the WAP settings.

And works like a charm now. Had received the CAN as well thru post last week (had forgotten that i even received it). Used that to activate, set a password and did see my statement. Cool!.

Now waiting for the tenner.. :T

I had no problems, my partner had no problems, my whole family had no problems lol

I followed the instructions carefully and step by step, worked like a charm.

Free tenner and a service i will actually use, I recommend.

I'm afraid if you registered and performed a balance enquiry, mini statement or Top-Up, then you won't be able to apply again.

So - rather than deal with all the complaints about your service in dribs and drabs (as well as getting in the free publicity that I thought was barred on MSE?) can you at "Support" give all of us any assurance that Moanilink will EVER be safe and secure enough for something as precious as bank details, given all the current flaws?
