It can take between 3-7 days depending on postal service!

If you haven't received it by Wednesday or Thursday, then open MONILINK on your mobile phone and select the card name. After 7 days you will see an option in there to order a new card activation number.

Is the "good project manager" supposed to know what settings are missing on individual handsets?
This software relies on connecting to the network via gprs so the settings need to be correct on the phone and the sim and a lot of peoples are not.
That isnt the fault of monilink.
Mine worked first time and i will raise a glass to you when i spend my free tenner in the pub :beer:

More seriously, the range of problems raised seem to be a bit more wide ranging than the specifics you've mentioned, and witth all the "firepower" (not least financial) of the banks behind this, you'd still have thought they'd have got their plan properly sorted to enter a complex market.

As I said before though - fair play to Greg Hunt of Monilink for posting his email - if he is going to make himself available to everyone who has a problem then hopefully these issues can be sorted.

so far i have selected bank - natwest. selected phone sony k880i. done wap settings. put my card details in. and now im stuck as i have nothing on my phone - i have texted nw to 82428 like the site said and i have nothing back - i have done this three times now.

I got stuck bacause even though I asked for the latest settings to be sent for my W850i, they never arrived. I gave up on the 3rd attempt.

I have a Sony Ericsson K800i on Three. Downloaded the application and it wants to run a security check. press ok and then my phone crashes.

I did everything, all the settings etc on Friday I believe it was, told the code was on the way out to me.

Today I get a text saying that the verification had failed and please do it again - which I have. If the first activation code arrives, will I be able to use it, or will I have to wait for the second? (or more if it fails at a later date again)

No it dont like that one either - well thanks for helping i'll just give up - that is probably why they are given £10 to people as they actually had the patients to get it to work :rotfl:
