Bank with A&L, NatWest, RBS, HSBC, First Direct and Ulster Bank? Free tenner!

I will be asking my bank to reimburse me this cost as I followed their instructions in good faith and I'm very unhappy that it's left me out of pocket.
As indicated previously, my operator (T-mobile) were supposed to be free but found out it wasn't. They reimbursed me. A&L said they'd pass it on to their team who looked after their web site. Not heard from Monilink yet, so I've given up on using the service until they've sorted it out.0 -
Not got mine from Natwest. Despite being promised it would go in any day now over a week ago.0

Shame they don't accept Lloyds accounts as I would've signed up!0

Recieved a £10 credit to my account today from 'LINK INTERCHANGE' I assume this is the MoniLink credit, as I'm not expecting a free tenner from anybody else (although all submissions welcomed

Im on Virgin Mobile and i didnt have any problems, I even got my £10 todayWARNING - to Virgin mobile customers - I've spent ages trying to get this Monilink thing to work on my phone, have followed all their instructions to the letter but have finally given up. It just won't work.
Anyway, I have been CHARGED a total of £3.66 by my network for all my failed attempts at connecting.
My advice - just don't bother.
I will be asking my bank to reimburse me this cost as I followed their instructions in good faith and I'm very unhappy that it's left me out of pocket.
This technology is not well developed enough to be rolled out yet and there should be clear warnings to people on certain networks that they might end up a few quid out of pocket in network charges, and not get their free tenner, if it doesn't work.If this post helped you Please say thanks0 -
I only joined about 2 weeks ago and my money is in already - I'm with First Direct.0
