Still not received my £10 from HSBC, has been months now. Anyone from Monilink care to look into it?

Its easier to email them from the Monilink site, as I had an email back the same day and £10 in my account from HSBC 3 days later

Got my tenner now, but no idea if they've fixed the problem with T-mobile charging for the service. I think someone from Monilink is ringing my voicemail to a leave a message for me to ring them back despite my asking them to ring my landline after a specified time. <grumpy old f*rt>I don't see why I should spend money checking voice mail for messages from people asking me to ring them back when I specifically requested not being contacted by mobile in the first place </grumpy old f*rt>. Looks like I'll just delete the service from my phone. Hey ho.

Got my Tenner now. me with o2 and bank with Natewest.

Glad it worked for you, but that's probably because you've got a different model of phone to me.

My warning was about the fact that attempting to sign up to this service from certain phones on the Virgin network will end up costing you money and you won't get the tenner - something I think should be made much clearer from the outset.

I registered on the 6th December and I think I received the activation code in the post on the 10th and used the service for the first time. No sign of the tenner yet but If I was in the first 100,000 to register it should appear by 7th Jan...

Just to point out, this seems to have now been updated with revised dates for the expiry of the offer(s):

What are the £10 register and use offer terms and conditions? The offer is only open to the first 100,000 new successful registrations for MONILINK™ Mobile Banking with a transaction being undertaken (i.e. balance enquiry, mini-statement or Mobile Phone Top-Up) between 1st October 2007 and 31st January 2008. The new registration must be on a new mobile

and it also mentions on the Monilink site that the service is free to use until 31st Jan 2008 as well.
