I got a new handset and I did see somewhere the number you have to send a txt to in order to reload it on to my mobile. (I'm already registered).
I can't find that txt number now... can someone tell me what it is please.
(I know I have to send a txt with the word 'Bank').

Just text bank to 82428 to download MONILINK again - when prompted select the option to use existing account.

I've had problems with the service.

Emailed them 6 days ago and still no reply. Thats how bad they are.

Been on the service longer than 28 days and still not recived my £10.

I've never had any problems myself.. got the tenner really quick too.
just can't get it to work on my new handset.

ive still not had my £10 and Monilink are investigating.Its been a nearly 2 weeks now...
However the latest is an email from a R Warburton at Monilink requesting my bank details to pay £10 in as no response from my bank,is this right,surely not!?
