Re. the new £5 A&L offer for signing up...having previously successfully signed up with my NatWest account (and received the £10), will it work again on the same phone for my new A&L account?0

Ok, not technically moneysaving but im covering this software by monilink as part of my masters thesis (security on mobile payment systems), if anyone has any feedback about it and could pm me some details it'd be much appreciated.
Thanks!!0 -
I registered on early december...still haven't received tenner....0

are they still running this promotion?0

very few good reviews of this "service".
I still cant see how it helps anyone and remain concerned that the levels of security are completely untried.
IMHO, its rolling out beta testing on the public under the guise of free tenners.
Not a good deal if you are uncertain if your debit card is open to who knows who!Keep trying.........................what else is there to do?

Hi all
I've just stumbled across this forum. Hopefully this will help people that are in a similar situation to the one that I was in some time ago.
I had a problem getting the free £10 incentive that Monilink were offering. I registered for their service before Christmas, after making numerous calls and being told constantly that my details had been passed onto the finance department I decided to do a bit of hunting around. After a quick look at their domain registration details and a couple of google searches, I managed to find another phone number which went through to a different place than the 0800 number that I had been calling for weeks.
After calling this number and speaking to someone, the free £10 that I had been waiting months for was paid very quickly, why this obviously simple process couldn't have been done when my details were "passed to their
finance team" all those times in the past, I'll never know.
Anyway, here's the number that I found, if anyone else has the same problem that I did, give it a call. 01423 356000
Good Luck0
