OH is off to an auction today, so hoping he doesn't spend too much  It is one held in a cattle auction venue, and the only seating is freezing cold concrete steps, so I decided not to go along to supervise! :rotfl:
My plans for the day are as follows:
Received payment for books sent to WeBuyBooks, only £6.61, but it all helps, doesn't it?
Used up the good parts of an apple that had started to go off in the fruit bowl for breakfast fruit. The bad bits are out on the garden for the resident blackbirds, who love apples (but only the eating type I have discovered :rotfl:)
Check banks and update spreadsheet if need be
Probably need to buy milk so won't be a NSD
Make a shopping list, probably need to go tomorrow, though if I can put it off a bit longer I will!
Put ingredients for a stew in the SC
Do exercises for bad hip, as they do seem to help
Do some baking
And some cleaning
Check to see if there are more books that could go - we have them everywhere despite frequent culling!
It is raining, so no chance of drying washing or doing much garden wise
Might go through seed tin though, to see what I can sow in the greenhouse

Morning
yippee day 3 out of 4 off
Dawn glad to hear those exercises are helping! Conversely I've heard exercise helps control arthritis pain
Today:
* check banking - no real reason as haven't spent anything and nothing coming out. But good to see it all there
* all meals from stores
* I'm having dinner at a friend's - we're having a surprise get together for a dear friend's birthday who is in the country for the weekend
* was supposed to be meeting up with some friends in the day but think we're going to cancel...
* make another sanitary pad - I've almost made enough
Have been loving my sewing since I've taken it up again recently - need to think of what my next project will be
* find 5 things to list on fleabay
* check through fridge/freezer/larder and continue with shopping list for next week... I started when I couldn't sleep last night but got bored!
* load of washing & hang up
* finish polishing & vacuuming upstairs
Ok that's all for now. Happy Saturday guysDF as at 30/12/16

Morning all :hello:
Fairly productive already:
Ordered contact lenses online as didn't do it last week
Went to butchers for a joint and mr t for a few bits for the week
Washing shuffle
Tidy kitchen
Other things today:
Project sort out starts have a corner of the dining room and the spare room that I need to get in to. Some stuff to go in loft and need to get some stuff from loft to price for sale. Hopefully will find some things to list on fleabay too as I haven't done any this year and the funds come in handy. Went to use some face mask last night from use up box and it wasn't open. It's a decent brand so that will go on fleabay.
Prep for Sunday lunch tomorrow as we have guests
Vacuum the stairs as didn't get to do it yesterday
Go to gym later
Roast a gammon joint in slow cooker that I'll slice and use instead of bought ham. Hoping it saves me in long run, will freeze some
Make some yogurt portions in reusable pouches and freeze, hoping to use these instead of those kids tube ones you get to reduce our plastic waste.

Hi March Money Magicians,
Up earlier than I need to be.
Debt-Free-Nillionaire Continuity Plan Year Three:
* Work very hard on my own mental health issues. Do Holistrio App.
* Check online banking and broadband usage.
* Turned off alarm clock until tonight, it resets itself automatically.
* Tidy up and sort out my CDs.
* Read library books and listen to story CD from library.
* Lunch is an omelette made with fridge shrapnel.
* Packed lunch for work is cous cous with fridge shrapnel. (Sensing a theme here? Fridge is currently full of wee bits of this and that which all need finishing off.)

Morning Saturday Savers,
No chance of getting spendy today, as mr f is working on the other side of the county so I don't have any wheels. Instead, am getting caught up with a few tasks, a few of them money saving:
*Fed back my opinions to survey site for whom I have been testing a household product. Put remaining product away in cupboard to use when needed.
*Entered a prize draw.
*Cleared out my stair basket & put all the financial bits ready for Big Budget Day next Wednesday.
*Re-listed ebay items. I'll be amazed if I sell any of my current items. I used to do really well with selling magazines until the middle of last year, then the interest just seems to stop. Never mind, they were gifted to me, so I've lost nothing.
*Bake 20 mini-muffins for the freezer. Nothing special, but I can knock these out for around 85 calories each, so they are so useful for a little treat at coffee time without adding to the ample waistline. Think will use one of mr f's rejected oranges......mr f won't eat sour things, so I eat all the ones he deems evil, or use them for cakes.
*Wrote a few essential tasks into the daily sections my bullet diary, as there are a few things I really mustn't forget to do next week, & could easily overlook once I start having fun with all my Easter baking & gift-making.
*Two baths from 1 lot of hot water.
*Lots of use-it-ups going on today.......body lotion tube cut open & now fully used, the conditioner bottle I sawed in half last week supplied enough for 3 more generous conditionings, almost finished using up the last bit of a lipstick by getting it out with my lip brush & have just cut open a hand cream tube & there is so much left in there - I was unable to squeeze any more out of that tube at all, but have probably got enough for all of next week.
*Continue listening to audiobook from library.
*Free exercise trotting down to post box.
*Check opening times of a nearby NT place as we are planning a low cost trip out tomorrow.
*Updated budget.
Oooooh, looks like the drizzle has stopped, wonder if I can get some laundry pegged out. It still looks very grey out, I'll see.
Intending to have leisure time for the rest of the day. mr f was insistent that he wanted to cook despite being at work all day & having a 30+ mile commute home, so I will knit more of my thrift project throw, read & finish watching a box set on Prime. Love European & Scandi dramas.
Have a nice weekend all.
Dawn - Hope your hip stops hurting & the exercises are helpful.

Hehehe. :rotfl: DW is the same. They have to be the "right" oranges.Debt-free day: 8th May 2015 "Remember that sometimes not getting what you want is a wonderful stroke of luck," Dalai Llama0 -

Check banks and update spreadsheet if need be Done, nothing to update
Probably need to buy milk so won't be a NSD
Haven't done this yet, though probably will have to when OH gets back!
Make a shopping list, probably need to go tomorrow, though if I can put it off a bit longer I will! In progress!
Put ingredients for a stew in the SC Bubbling away nicely now
Do exercises for bad hip, as they do seem to help
Done the standing up by the sink ones, have to go upstairs to do the others due to hard floors downstairs
Do some baking Made scones, have put an olive and oregano loaf in the BM (not sure how this will turn out). Also made parsnip soup for lunch. Brother came round and we both had some.
And some cleaning Still to do
Check to see if there are more books that could go - we have them everywhere despite frequent culling! Found another £7.61 worth (apparently). Have found a box, must tape it up securely.
It is raining, so no chance of drying washing or doing much garden wise
Might go through seed tin though, to see what I can sow in the greenhouse
Still to do - my greenhouse is a tiny lean to one, more like wardrobe size, as opposed to one you can actually stand in, so it really needs not to be raining to work at garden table
Hehehe. :rotfl: DW is the same. They have to be the "right" oranges.
Yes, and OH is the same - it is amazing how few oranges fit into the approved category! I often freeze them for marmalade if there are more than I can eat

Morning all :hello:
Hmm, not much of my list got done yesterday so apologies if some of you get deja vu :rotfl:

Smallest one to prepaid swimming lesson
Get smalls to do some homework so it's not hanging over us all holiday
Make some biscuits
Make a crumble, got hm topping out of freezer yesterday
Need to get milk from farm
Get ready for tomorrow, need to move some stuff from spare room so workmen can get to Window

DH at work at the moment, earning OT
hoping he's back so we can both go to the gym before his folks arrive
Think it will be a reasonable day weather wise, so hoping to get all caught up with washing, including changing some beds if I can.
